Cavity Preservation (HRK) Our HRK technologies reliably protect hard-to-reach components against corrosion. In the Technology Center, we test spray patterns, penetration behavior and process parameters under realistic conditions – so you know early on how your application will perform later in the car body. 2. Overspray-Free Coating / Drop-on-Demand (DoD) Experience ACCURA technology live: contactless, precise and clean. We test materials, component geometries and cycle times to define your optimal dosing parameters and achieve a perfect coating result. 3. Hole Covering System (PSH) With the PSH family, IPR offers fully automated systems for the reliable covering of holes and openings of any geometry. In the Technology Center, we test your application under realistic conditions – optionally directly on, for example, a body-in-white or original workpiece – and evaluate tightness, force/displacement curves and overall process reliability. 4.
